I have recently started taking MMS and need clarification about a couple of things.

1. Does the citric acid need to be refrigerated? (I saw a YouTube video which stated it should be, but haven't read or heard this anywhere else.)

2. The instructions for the older formula of the 5:1 ratio were to wait 3 minutes after mixing before adding water. The instructions I received with the new 1:1 method say to wait 20 seconds then add water, but Mel's protocol indicated to wait 3 minutes. I also saw a video with Jim Humble in which he stated to wait only 20 seconds.

Thanks.

Welcome Christy,

One must hope that you looked at the FAQ's carefully before starting on MMS. You would then know that we recommend you spend 4 to 5 weeks on the basic protocol first, in order to start rebuilding your body's bioterrain before taking MMS. This will help with the die off caused by the MMS when you start taking it. People who rush this process often wind up staying here longer.

Question 1: I never did refrigerate the citric acid nor have I recommended that it be refrigerated.

Question 2: The original formula which you call the older formula was a 5:1 ratio, that has not been the case for about 4 or 5 years. On my protocol and FAQ,s we will change the wait time to 20 seconds.

I hope this brought some clarity to your questions and look forward to watching you restore your health.

Good Luck

God Bless, never give up Hope!
