The Burgstiner Wellness Protocol products are actually custom designed to complement and enhance one another. It is best to take the MMS at least two hours apart from your vitamins and probiotics.
The only reason you would need to take the Essential Digestion in the morning would be if you ate a large breakfast that included lots of protein. The MagnifiCal can be spread out if you wish, but heaviest maintenance does take place during sleep. |
