Just wanted to suggest that if you cannot find answers to your questions using the search engine, you can always ask them here in your thread and myself and others will usually then respond with the information you seek. Mel is extremely busy on so many fronts these days, but as you continue to work the protocol, he will most likely assign you a coach to speak with you directly. Stay committed.
