My sister had a problem with depression. She also has osteoporosis, so her doctor asked her to take 1000 mg of vitamin D3 ( 3 times per day) for that purpose. As soon as she started with 3000 mg vitamin D3 per day, she had been free of depression. It is well known that majority of people are deficient in vitamin D3. You can check your level of vitamin D3 with your GP. I hope this could help. All the best. A lot of love, Sonja |
