You are reminding others new to Morgellons that a good deal of relief does come around 90 days into the protocol. Your post also demonstrates that we learn about our disease and adjust to better cope with the ongoing nature of the challenges as we journey forward through recovery. It's an ongoing process.
Symptoms and purging do cycle so there are indeed upswings and downswings. But everything that comes out brings you closer to the end. Rest, as you now better understand, is as important as every other part of the protocol.
These are very useful things you have pointed out for others to consider.
Thanks for sharing these valuable insights. I, for one, can see further wonderful improvements and positive change ahead for you as you continue to strengthen and rebuild your bioterrain. Stay diligent and patient.
