Hi Everyone
I have been meaning to post for a while now but a few things have been getting in he way...one of them is the fact some days I have a relatively calm feeling body, I had almost forgotten what that's like even though I have had this for less time than some others, I just couldn't believe it I felt maybe I AM getting well I was waiting for morgellons to attack viciously again so I waited and although I would have good days and bad the good ones are lengthening.

Today as I am writing this I am having a flare up of symptoms however it has changed although I feel some stinging and crawling and itching its different somehow weaker maybe,I believe this is due to me purging for the last few days I have been shedding micro fibres like mad, the specks that come out of me are tiny now and flat there are still some that are bigger and more visible but not like before, there are white specks and white fibre although I still have black blue and red coming out of me I'm not scared. on the contrary this stuff is leaving the body which it wasn't before so I am encouraged. I am going to move up to 12 drops of MMS on Monday and am 3 days shy of 3 months on the protocol.

This is still an uphill struggle and some days I just feel like giving up but these are the times I have to remind myself to suck it up and keep going I will never go back to the lifestyle I had before as it was unhealthy, I'd like to remind everyone that this is a long road to travel but we can and will get there, there is light at the end of this tunnel and NO its NOT a train, if we take responsibility for ourselves by eating the foods we are meant to staying away from the ones that will hurt us, this is never easy when the cravings hit but stay strong and carry on it WILL be worth it in the end.

Rest is another key factor here I have read loads of post about resting but didn't quite get it I did to much 1 week and had a bad reaction the fatigue I had felt before came back with a vengeance and floored me, rest whenever you can don't try to do too much too soon this will do more harm than good, give yourself time.

I'd also like to say it appears I was using MMS incorrectly so the solution to my laundry trouble was indeed MMS, I was using too much water and adding too many clothes, now when I feel itchy or crawly in something its because of purging.

No one is perfect and we will make mistakes along this journey but the key is to pick yourself up, not beat yourself up. Thank you again to everyone for the support and information may we all continue this journey towards health by supporting and caring for each other
God Bless
