10:30:55 PM | That sounds like it is from a glandular issue, for instance, I had a lesion that was very similar actually due to another cause some time ago, it exhuded a clear substance and was raised as well, this was due to an infection from another injury, the glands then reacted to the same, had a swollen lymph node that accompanied this in the neck region.
It only went away after I used a q-tip with hydrogen peroxide on it, however, I would caution that this situation is different than that one, just wanted to reach out and give you some kind of insight.
