If you visit the protocol page, you will see that in order to optimize detoxification pathways and minimize herxheimer reactions, the Extension Kit products should be added as you start your second month of the protocol.
If you visit the FAQ page, you will find a section that describes how Mel used MMS. This will give you the guidelines you will need to understand.
