8:19:13 PM | Hello Diana...for all of us who have this disease we can relate to the confusion and anxiety when you when you realize that you may have Morgellons.
As Mel told me when I first contacted him: "Read, read, and then read some more"....this will let you know what you will have to do in order to be free of your symptoms. It will take some time and the worst time is for the first couple of months when your symptoms will seem overwhelming. BUT....if you make yourself totally committed and really discipline yourself will find that it gets easier as time goes on.
