| Hi everyone, I have a question about bloating- or I guess that's what it is, my tummy sticks out more & feels fuller than usual. I noticed this increasing lately & wanted to know what it is indicating/how to treat it. I am doing probiotics, but I think I should maybe be taking a ton more. I also take DE, and have citrus fruits daily...what else? Thanks so much, xo

| Thank you Monica! Yes, much more water, keeping on with the DE & MSM I think have helped very much! I have not had as much of this for a couple weeks :) Yayyy.

Yep, bloating and poofy tummy is normal. I'd suggest along with everything you're already doing... MORE WATER!!! ;-) And, if you can, add some fresh lemon juice to it. The stomach is full of 'stuff' that needs to be eliminated. So, make sure you have enough water in the system to move things over and 'out'.
