Hello M.B.,
That's great that you have got some silver and can get going with it.
The instructions on my bottle say to hold the silver under the tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. So I'm wondering if you have the same make of silver. Does your bottle of silver look like the one in the page on Mel's protocol page?
In a recent conference call report Linn mentioned that people had said its a good thing to hold the silver there for longer than 30 seconds so I try and keep it there for a bit longer!

Hi all,
Just a quick question (I tried searching before posting, but could not find a specific answer to my question).
I got me a bottle of 'Sovereign Silver'.
As per Mel's protocol, one is supposed to hold 1 tsp of silver under the tongue, but it is not specified whether the solution is meant to be swallowed or spat out?
As per the bottle's instructions, one is supposed to swish it and then spit the solution.
So, my question is - which instruction to follow?
- leave under tongue, spit out
- leave under tongue, swallow
That's it.
