Hello M.B.,
That's great that you have got some silver and can get going with it.
The instructions on my bottle say to hold the silver under the tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. So I'm wondering if you have the same make of silver. Does your bottle of silver look like the one in the page on Mel's protocol page?
In a recent conference call report Linn mentioned that people had said its a good thing to hold the silver there for longer than 30 seconds so I try and keep it there for a bit longer!
