Hi - just wanted to reply -to 4 things -
And this is my opinion- but watch the baking soda orally - don't have time to explain all of why now / but once in a while ok But not daily -I know some who only healed her Candida with high acid - not bad acid - but caprylic acid - alpha lipoic acid - etc.

Second - don't forget this takes time -t---I---m---e!
I know we hear this a lot- but we have to fully wrap our head around it - we are conditioned for fast!
the prescriptions in our world today - which are sometimes life savers - sometimes - but most scripts are this stripped down and then concentrated versions of a potent thing - it gets encapsulated in a way that is imbalanced and designed to be powerfully quick - the problem is that this leads to all the side effects and often only short term relief and never Solution.
or they mask symptoms with false sense of better - and so with this conditioning we have little patience with herbs and vitamins - we grow weary - we doubt! But need to think healing marathon -and not script sprints.
for example - early on I would take the silver and feel nothing and think it was not doing anything - I had more faith in the fuel injector cleaners for my car then I did the silver for my body - until I learned (and read and read and read) I realized it was microbes and ut would take time to undo decades of stuff as well as morgs/Lyme.

This Is an intracellualr parasite mix with coinfections and progress will not always seen or it will be slow- even if u ate great for years - so much food is void of nutrients and u also might have had malabsorption for years - so just know it could take a couple or few years to fully restore your body- I know a lady who did this in the 90s - she spent about three years doing gentle GI cleansing and immune building and she was not even ill! Did it just because - wow!
She used to tell me about herbs and parasites and I dismissed her as Granola and hipster. Now all of what she said is verified - I was ignorant and less teachable back then (glad I ate some humble pie)

- anyhow - she also was so patient and said her journey was long - so let's try and think of my sweet and wise friend - our journey is long but worth it! Life is such a gift and worth fighting for! Think in long term chunks (which sounds like you are and it also sounds like you are a focused, cultured person who gets stuff done...)

Anyhow - two more tips from me - and I am sure others will chime in if they have feedback
But you asked if there was anything extra to do -
The extra thing that helped me was what I call easy enemas - not bags / but store bought bottles - dump out contents and make your own gentle solutions -

The way food around the world has been corrupted the last century - our bowels and GI get clogged and backed up - also - we eat sushi - swim in lakes (huge source of flukes) and sometimes breathe air with cysts, walk in dirt, or drink water with them - so we all have exposure - and some things in the body can only be reached through enemas - even colonics miss the power of some gentle cleanse enemas -

and I first learned about easy enemas on the Main site for MMS- they talked about first using enema bottles to empty bowel and then using "retention" enema - I did not want to use mms for enema - even though they have so many video testimonies about it - but I know I was meant to do them.
I did research - and found that lemon enemas are really what detaches the parasites that latch on- snd I have stored jars of what I passed and have more than s dozen different kinds -
and Hulda Clark had some great enema tips - so did a few herbalists that I trust - and please know I am very conservative and always vow to do no harm so I move slow and am very careful on trying things -
And it took me a long time to really grasp that I needed enemas and then learn how to do them - but God reached me and hurray - so grateful.
People get well on mels protocol without them - but with all of my heart I feel like every human being needs to do easy enemas to unclog - help cleansing along - and sometimes"retain" for a few minutes for that perk -
maybe another time I could share more on this - (if Mel thinks appropriate for this forum - and side note - I love Mel too - very much and thanks for all u do friend)
but I never used an enema bag (felt too medicinal) and for short term use the store bought bottles are wonderful - some folks suggest baking soda enemas too- (and castor oil or plain kefir)
now of course you have to watch what you enema with - cos it does not get filtered - so if not sure - just do lemon water and see what happens - it is crampy at first - but once cleansed it does less and less - but even plain water can help BM

To sum up enemas - they seem like such a scary or yucky thing while they are easy easy easy and a gentle wonderful life giving thing- they honestly helped me heal stuff I know I had from childhood (and note I was not overweight - I was doing yoga in the airport days before I got sick with this - but I had malabsorption for years from hidden Candida and had pets and traveled and just lived on the earth)

also drink lemon water! Drink kefir too - one time I bought a big container of plain kefir and we were delayed in traffic - I drank it all on empty tummy and felt so amazing - and then later felt fluttering near kidneys - the kefir did something for me!
and my herbalist suggests people chug huge vat of kefir if they ever think they had food poisoning -but I love my kefir
Also eat cottage cheese - and fermented foods like sauerkraut - and for a long while my diet was bland and boring - but i soldiered on! With god's help!

Last part of reply is about enzymes -do not minimize enzymes!
the enzymes in the protocol are extra special because they break down cell walls of pathogens and help u get more from food - and pathogens send out enzyme inhibitors to survive so we need help!

When u stop eating certain things - esp red meat - it allows the enzymes to be fully used for pathogens - and the magnifizyme enzymes are the systemic ones and they differ from the digestive ones - so u really need both and need the manifizyme on empty stomach like mels protocol says -

further - u need amino acids - and what I like about logos whey Protein is that it is activated for people healing -I also used a more affordable soy protein from trader joes cos it worked for me -
but what really helped me was amino acid supplements (now foods - 21 st centruy - good n natural - and others) I could not use NAC but needed lysine and arginine esp. - but only for a while - because when I went back to mels protocol the balance was there with thymic formula and others! but now foods has great essential aminos- and so does twinlab

I was so skeptical of mels protocol - but all of my research kept bringing me back and one day I was telling my spouse that I wanted to make my own herb blends and when I thought of what I would add - hypothetically - I would compare items from brands and make lists and The logos bottles had what I would add - really! They are specially made to work synergistically and to be absorbed by folks who study the way things work - and even the timing of things on the protocol is carefully timed for optimal utilization- and that is something to appreciate -

thanks for opening up and Sharing here - it was interesting to read and also reminds us as to how global this disease is -
Best wishes ;)

Hi everyone, we have a newcomer here - me.
I don’t want to spend too much of your time (as I know MD takes already lots of it), so will tell you my story briefly (albeit I stay available for any questions).

It happened that I met a person from Faroe islands (small archipelago lost in Atlantics) and got itchy mites (scabies) there. After overnight stay at the same bed I have gotten the itchy symptoms that were most likely. I was totally shocked that the person did not do any treatment having scabies for around 2 months already, so I raised the awareness and we both started to apply permethrin. On the 2nd day I noticed the black specks (small pepper dots) over my skin after several minutes of skin exposure to permethrin: I cleaned my hands, did an oil test and voila! I got very sad, but calm — conducted the online research and luckily found out this website in several hours.

I am 27 year old guy, and always had "energy as my second name". I was able to work the entire year without holidays and weekends, having 80h working week, flying every week, and living the constant stress lifestyle.
I need to mention — throughout my entire life I was never fascinated by junk food, soda drinks, sweets, hamburgers, fast food restaurants etc (thanks to some years spent in Paris, I have developed a relatively sophisticated taste). Nevertheless (but nothing to be proud about) — I have not cooked a more complicated meal than fried eggs or omelets for last couple of years, always having a take-away (Berlin provides a wide variety of those things at close to zero cost, it’s literally cheaper to take Asian takeaway than cook home even on the tight budget).

The things I started to do straight ahead (please give me more advises as I am open for the feedback and fast to implement):
1. Balancing PH towards base side – drinking baking soda once or twice daily, using urine acidity strip test as a benchmark. Either 40mins before food or 2h after the food. (It’s common thing in post-USSR since the professor who was responsible for cosmonauts health back in the days in the 1960s is promoting this method — he is still alive, healthy and in his 90s. Another thing he adds is peroxide hydrogen — in the water, but I avoid this, since there is MMS which I believe is better)
2. Avoiding any food that stimulates candida and yeast overgrowth. (Since the infestation, I have a common rumbling in my intestine, misbalanced stool and spit test also shows high amount of candida, though candida albicans in blood is at its medium value).
For me it means — no alcohol, no sugars (I hate sweets anyways, but now checking every product before buying – even some almond milk is no-no now), no gluten.
I am still bad in avoiding red wine (I have the tendency to have a glass of dry red sometimes at dinners, but decided that 2016 shall be 100% alcohol-free, also for dopamine production — people who do not drink over long periods of time start to feel more happy entirely and do not require external stimulation for that). Does red dry wine stimulates candida / parasites?
What else shall I avoid?
3. Mel’s protocol (started 1 month after got the infestation). Living in Germany does not make my life easier, as I can’t order any meds from abroad, getting Logos Nutritions takes up to a month and I have to pay damn import tax while not being able to benefit from classic health insurance (well, we all know that, but in Germany I am obliged to pay for it, and it’s sad to see how the money that are so much required for health support are being wasted nowhere).

Mel (sending best wishes to this wonderful man everytime I think of him) recommended me to get more often to the forum, but after reading it mostly I still have several questions:

1) Any specific advises for the diet? For example, I still didn’t get if the natural yoghurt will be helpful or not (0% sugar and probiotic bacteria)? I try to eat as many greens and veggies in a raw way as I can. Can I take organic whey protein with water? (I am losing weight and at my 62kg with 185cm height now). Basically, I can skip other food outside of greens and veggies since I am really bad chef and still struggle to cook — raw comes way easier for me, is it ok (I get all nutritions with Logos anyway, right)?
2) Can I take anyhow advantage of regular health insurance? I have done the whole blood test (can upload it here), which shows Toxoplasmosis IgG very high and IgM adequate (meaning the infection took place some time ago), allergy level very high, and the massive range of parameters in red.
a) Vitamin C injections, any kind of immune stimulation, microflora — what can be done to support my organism?
b) Which parameters shall I track via blood test to see the progress (or regress)?
3) I have seen the parasites myself and experience their presence every now and then (spit on the pillow, bruxism, waking up every night – never happened before). Is there anything I shall do to facilitate them leaving my body? I always feel tired and often brain-fogged having those guys in my body (I think you know what I mean).

Moreover, I am quite determinate now to become back healthy, and would like to keep this thread as my story — plan to write here twice a month, but as I said (and esp for all the newcomers) — stay at your disposal for the questions.

Thanks everyone for sharing your experience and supporting each other. This forum is a great source of inspiration, and I wish everyone tonnes of good will, health and God's bless.
