swimming and sun exposure?

The sun seems to clear my scabs that otherwise seems to never heal. I believe the vitamin D also helps as with most suffers I've been D deficient. I don't know about the pool but I suspect the ocean salt water would be good.

Hi... I was wondering about the sun exposure and swimming in the ocean or pool, with morgellons, is this ok? Or will it make it worse. I am going to add to my already regime, the techniques you have suggested here, tgank you for sharing.
