In my opinion I think that it is most important to keep your diet 100% clean and continue with the protocol as per these pages. The MMS is not the same as Chlorine. Even though they have the same word in their names, they are they have different chemical structures. This means they have also have different properties. It is these properties which make all the difference when comparing the two chemicals so please do not drink chlorine! If you are going to start the MMS, follow the new protocol which is taking it twice a day. Probiotics are the good bacteria that we take to improve gut function by ensuring we have a good balance of good bacteria. Approx 70% of our immune function comes from the gut so probiotics are an important element in immunity and healing. MSM is different again. This is an organic sulfur-containing compound that’s used to improve immune function, lower inflammation and help restore healthy bodily tissue. The reason so many benefits are attributed to the MSM supplement is because MSM provides biologically active sulfur, which is the fourth most plentiful mineral in the body and needed for many different critical bodily functions. I take some MSM powder in my daily protein shake. I hope this is helpful. |

We just moved and were staying at family's house and traveling for the three weeks in between when we moved out of our house and our rental would be available. The house we stayed in was not so clean and there was SOOO much dust everywhere!! And then I made the mistake of not bringing all the protocol supplements that I own when traveling for a week. Needless to say, I think I have relapsed a bit. I am feeling more bites and more poor little girl keeps saying, "there's a bug on me!" and i ask her where and she points to a place on her body and I see nothing:( Since we have been at our new rental finally, I haven't heard her complaining any more. Can anyone offer advice on how to deal with a relapse? Do you double up on anything in particular? Could anyone give advice on MMS? How is it different from chlorine? i just can't justify taking something like chlorine. How would i know that the logos probiotic replaced enough of the good bacteria MMS (or is it MSM?) Thanks!!
