We have seen this many times before and in these types of cases there is usually some type of contaminant in the environment (i.e. - mold, fungus, or chemical toxicity from fields nearby being sprayed, etc.) that will unfortunately sabotage your efforts until you relocate for good. Remediation is also an option but make actually be more expensive than leaving.
Tough choices either way. You are and will be in our prayers Joe. Please keep us posted on your progress.
