I hope this means you ordered the tests and got a doctor from Pam.
If I remember correctly, you can not be on any anti-biotic(they say 2 weeks, but I only did it for a week). No vit c for a couple of days. But the instructions come with the kit or you can go on-line and the instructions are there before receiving the kits.
