I have only been on protocol for 4 months and MMS for 3. So I am catching up. I am sure.
About all that organic food and related costs. Wow! For me, I think the DIRTY DOZEN are the most important to make sure you are def getting in organic. There are some ways to wash the unorganic (cheaper, if you need to) and also to save on funds. I have streamlined the diet with Peter's help. The protocol is expensive as it is, last thing you'll need in coming months is financial stressors! If that's not an issue to you, then great! All power to you!
I too seem to be purging more and having increasing crawling sensations also (which I hate!) but it seems God is with us in this affliction. So that is a saving grace.
I am so glad that you are relying on Him and feeling His presence. I am not right now, but I am seeking His answers hard! We just need to be with Him in prayer and also in His Word learning more and more about Him. That's my goal for this week! We can do ALL things through Christ!
