I do understand what you are saying. I can only tell you that althought the tests will not show 'specific' parasites, it WILL show you what natural anti-parasiticals your body will repond to. therefore, the tests are helpful in that area. To me what the test said was 'yes' I have parasites even though it couldn't tell me specifically which ones.
I have taken TIndamax (prescription) and it helped, but I do not believe my problem was mites.
Believe me, I am only tring to help in any way I can think of.
