What protocol are you using because I believe I also have this disease & have been experiencing a lot of muscle spasms lately from under my right shoulderblade

Hello warriors

I wanted to re-inforce what a POWERFUL and INFORMATIVE post TERESA has provided here for the twitching. Teresa has identified the VALUE of MAGNIFICAL that you take as part of the protocol.

Remember, that Magnifical pushes Calcium that has leached into your system to absorb the excess acicidy from the soft tissue back to the bones where it belongs!

And if you are using the extended protocol as I am, you will experience relief from the twithing while you sleep by taking it before bed.

In her most recent post, Monica shared that she is experiencing a return of twitching lately. I am also experiencing twitching that is almost feather light in my lower calves, particularly after my pre-bedtime shower.

So by taking two Magnifical before bed, you should find and create better sleep!

STRENGTH and LOVE
Peter

Hi Mark and Mary,

Just wanted to comment that, for me, the twitching has also gone. It used to be so bad that I had problems sitting for any amount of time and had problems sleeping due to constant twitching in my legs and feet. I have a young child (3 years) and he's responded very well to all of this.

A friend suggested that taking extra magnesium (Magnifical or magnesium supplement from the supermarket), is very good for the twitching and I did take extra for a while. I noticed that, when I went off the protocol for a couple of months due to health issues, the twitching came back - so the protocol really helps in addressing that issue.

I also get the glitter from my skin from time to time. There's a lot of things about this disease that I can't focus on or I would probably go insane, so for me, I don't spend too much energy on trying to figure out why things are happening. It is good to have the benefit of the research and knowledge of others - thanks guys : ).

Mark I hope you and Chase are getting better every day. Mary I hope you find hope and strength to continue the fight. May God bless you all.

Teresa
