There is mounting evidence that besides not doing what it supposed to do, it may be a major contributor to the increase in auto immune and other illnesses related to low immune system like MD, Lyme, MS, chronic fatigue, Epstein-barr, fibromyalgia, etc.... So, I would advise to stay far away and just keep your immune system nice and strong with healthy diet, protocol, exercise and good stress management. I know several MD's who feel the same as well as a whole bunch of other very intelligent health practitioners.
