10/22/2014 8:03:48 AM | Hello Shari and Ellen, Thank you for your encouragement. I decided to give up fruit as of Sunday, Oct. 19 and I am waiting to receive my protocol. I have been taking the Sovereign Silver for two weeks and increased it to 3 a day after talking to Mel. I am also taking an antioxidant and lots of Vitamin C that was suggested by a Naturopath a month ago and I am almost finished the bottles so I will only be doing the protocol when it arrives along with the silver. Since giving up the fruit, I am starting to get muscle cramps at night again, which is what happened to me the last time I tried to give up fruit, so I am hoping the protocol will help with that. I have read the forums about laundry and cleaning and seen so many different suggestions and noted that Mel used MMS for cleaning and laundry which I am going to try as I have tried everything else previously from Kleen Green, Ammonia, Epsom Salts, Vinegar, Bleach, Peroxide, Tea Tree Oil, Lint Rolling, Linting, Ironing, Steam cleaning and DE for the floors etc. I know it all sounds so insane but at the time I just wanted to find a way to make it through a day without stings, so I could function at work and I was convinced it was in my environment and clothing. I live in an apartment building now since we moved, so my only laundry option is a coin laundry machine which is a front end loader and you cannot control the cycles to pre soak clothes, so I have decided I could pre soak my clothes in MMS before I wash them and see what happens, also I can spray my environment with MMS. Mel suggested 10 drops to a large spray bottle. Right now I am using water and vinegar for cleaning and Arm and Hammer for laundry as my husband and I have decided to use only non toxic products. When I was using diluted ammonia it was making us sick from the fumes and my clothes were falling apart and turning gray. I always hand wash my undergarments daily and have been using salt, vinegar and bit of mild soap. Sometimes it helps, and other times it doesnt. I know this issue is mostly internal so I am hopeful this will all change in the future. But until I start to heal internally, my biggest issue right now is what do people like us do with their winter wear. I live in Canada and winter is almost upon us. Last year I had access to my own laundry machine and washed the heck out of my winter coat, gloves, hats and they fell apart. This year I had to buy a new winter gear for both myself and my husband, and but I cant afford to keep buying new winter gear every year. Also, now I have to pay for laundry so its quite expensive and not convenient to wash every day. Also, its not good for the coat. Right now I only wear my clothes once a day and then they go into a closed bin for laundry but I cannot do that with my winter coat. I read on the forum that some people have sprayed their coats and clothes with rubbing alcohol. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Right now I have my new coat wrapped in plastic bags and I am presently layering my clothes to keep warm but I know it wont work much longer when the snow hits. Right now I am afraid of infecting my coat, gloves and boots. I feel I have to have a plan before wearing my jacket because I know it will get infected like it did last year and then it will be a challenge to have to wear it every day. Has anyone sprayed their winter wear with MMS and just left it on, if so please share your results. Sorry, it might be somewhere in the forum but I havent been able to find it yet. I am just concerned about staining or ruining my coat with a product that has to be left on it daily. Thank you to everyone for contributing to this site, especially the ones who have healed from this and are still sharing with us and helping us to heal. You are sincerely appreciated. Kim |
