Happy Holidays to everyone,

Today I start my 5 drops of MMS, I haven't found the taste to be too unpleasant so far! Oil of Oregano is much worse! Following the diet and taking the pills has been easy for me. It seems strange to me when people tell me that they admire my discipline. It is the stinging sensations that I experience every day that keeps me disciplined and motivated to stick with the protocol, I really have no other choice at this point. I could not see anyone else choosing otherwise if they wish to get better.

How I stick to the diet outside of my home is that when I visit with my children or other family members, I either bring a food dish I can eat or offer to cook for them so I can control the ingredients in the meal and I always take my pills and silver along with me.

My daily regiment still includes bathing every night and showering every morning. I alternate one of these 3 different applications on my skin: 1. Apply the nature rich soap on my body while wet and let air dry 2. Spray debriding soap and air dry 3. Rub in coconut oil mixed with tea tree oil. I only do the oil application on the weekends when I don't have to go anywhere special, as it is messy and leaves oil stains on my clothing.

Recently I have been getting open sores again on my back. The last time I healed these with an aloe vera plant that my husband had to apply for me, but this time I am just going to wait it out and hope when I start the MMS baths it will heal them as the sores are not itchy or bothersome. They just look terrible.

I did have a white sore that looked like it had some sort of fibres growing out of it on my belly that was irritating when it rubbed against my clothing, so I treated this with some activated MMS and water which I dipped a Q-tip into and dabbed on the sore several times over a period of an hour, which I understand is the length of time the MMS works for. I did this about 2 or three times over a period of a few weeks and it just dried up the sore and disappeared.

My husband has open sores on his head that are itchy, so I have been pouring activated MMS with water over his head at night and he just lets it air dry. It seems to be helping him.

I also made up a combination of 1/2 cup Vaseline, 1/8 cup coconut oil and 10 drops of tea tree oil that my husband applies to his legs when they are itchy and it works temporarily. He has no sores on his legs just the itchy symptoms. It's very weird cause I have absolutely no itchiness, just the stinging sensations.

I have also discovered that three of my toenails on my right foot have turned white and are separating from the toe. I am assuming this must be some sort of fungus and hopefully when I start the MMS baths this will help. I have been rubbing tea tree oil into the nail when I think of it but other than the possibility of losing my 3 toenails, they do not cause me any problems.

The biggest challenge I still have is with my clothing. It seems if I could run around naked all day, I wouldn't get these stings and I would be emotionally in a much happier place. The instant I put on my clothes, the stinging starts, then I have to take off my clothes and either lint roller them or spray my body again with debriding soap.

While I am at work, I have to sneak off to the washroom to spray myself down just to make it through the day. I still only wear my clothes once and have washed the heck out of them to the point they are starting to look like rags.

I have recently started using MMS and liquid Arm and Hammer detergent in the wash, but haven't noticed much difference as yet. I use a public coin washer/dryer so I don't know if this is the problem.

My wish for the New Year is to find us a new apartment which includes our own private washer/dryer with the rental so I can get a handle on the laundry. I would like to be able to pre-soak the clothes before washing and spray the washer and dryer with MMS regularly.

I know Mel says that as we work the protocol everything else will be less of an issue, but right now, my clothing is the biggest issue and has been from the start.

Also, I am starting a new job on Friday and today I am kind of freaked out about this persistent stinging and how I will be able to handle it while learning a new position and trying not to stress!

Some days it feels like needles are being jabbed into my skin and it startles me! I can really see why people might be tempted to increase the MMS before it's time, cause I have contemplated doing that myself! I just want to kill this off once and for all.

But alas, as Peter wrote: to settle into "Slow and Steady", so I best heed his wise counsel!

Wish me luck!

Namaste

Kim
