So cleaning our environment, and bathing is important so they don't re-attach to us and the oiling is a way to get them even more of them out of our bodies.
That also explains why I feel they are coming from my clothing because they got there in the first place from me.
Getting them out of my clothes seems to be the greatest challenge for me. I only ever wear my clothes once and laundry them and change my bedding every second day.
I tried Kleen Green in the very beginning of this infestation but it didn't work, also tried ammonia which ruined my clothes but also didn't seem to work. I tried a mixture of borax, vinegar etc. but also with no luck.
I did try MMS but not sure it's working either as I am still getting stings and that sandy feeling in my clothes. I seem to know right when I put my clothes when it's still infested.
I soak my undergarments overnight and have had better results with them, but I don't have the option to soak he rest of my clothes as I use a public coin operated machine that is front load only and no option for pre-soak.
I have been recently trying pool shock in the laundry as I heard it has known to be successful for killing mites, mold and bacteria and you only need a quarter of an ounce per load. I will let everyone know how this works.
