Well, this week I am on 8 drops of MMS. Took a bath in MMS yesterday but didn't notice anything unusual in the bath water or on my skin, so I figure it's safe to continue bathing in MMS every two days.

I am still getting leg and foot cramps that wake me up in the middle of the night which have only started since I stopped eating fruit so I not sure if that is related to the cramping or its just toxins being released.

I am almost three months on the protocol and feeling overall better both physically and emotionally and noticing less intense stinging sensations although they are still happening.

Other than trying to solve my laundry problems, life is going pretty good these days. I am hoping that the laundry issue will disappear as I work the protocol.

I am still meditating every morning as I always have and trying to keep my stress levels to a minimum. I am in bed most nights before 10 and up at 5:30 am and I always eat clean.

I haven't missed a pill supplement and I am looking into budgeting so we can purchase more organic foods. I am still eating 75% of my food raw although weekends always are more challenging to stay raw during social gatherings. There have been several birthday parties that I attended, but I never partook in the cake eating.

Sugar is a poison and although I have known that for years, I was never as strict with myself before now and always did not want to offend anyone, but that's all changed now. Generally people are more understanding these days with all the food allergies that people are experiencing themselves.

It seems that chronic illnesses are everywhere now, and I am convinced it's because of the foods they are eating and maybe my cheating on what I knew was bad for me got me where I am today - dealing with this unknown disease. Life is for lessons, and I am learning all the time! Our bodies are vessels for our spirits and now I am appreciating more how sacred we really are!
