Thank you Shari and Peter for your posts of encouragement and confirmation of what is happening to me. It's so nice to have the feedback and it makes my heart sing to know that there are people out there who care!!

I was experiencing days without stings and was so excited and grateful but then yesterday the stings started right when I put my work clothes on and just increased throughout the day. I am documenting everything so I can figure out what the triggers are but unfortunately, there could be several causes of this being food, clothing or environment.

As Shari stated that sometimes it can take up to two days or more to react from a food eaten. I did have Quinoa on Saturday unavoidably and an Almond muffin made with coconut and stevia on Sunday, if that was the cause.

Or it could be the fact that I wore a blouse yesterday that had been sitting in my closet for a few months which could have been infected. I was apprehensive about wearing it but because I was feeling so great that day, and figured the issue is mostly internal, I took my chances and wore it anyways!

Or it could be my work environment, people there are complaining about symptoms of being bloated and have itchy rashes that are not healing.

Either way, there are some more changes and tweaking of my lifestyle that I need to make again, even though I cannot change my job again!

I have most of my clothes packed away in bins but have been hanging my every day work clothes in a closet to avoid wrinkles so I might have to change that procedure.

I have resisted the storing every day clothes in a bin like Ellen and Shari and others have done as it causes wrinkles, but looks like I need to try it.

Of course now I have to be even more vigilant with my diet and just stick to the foods that I know are safe.

The full moon is approaching May 3rd, so that really could be a culprit as well!

Oh yeah, I have a funny story to tell. My daughter wanted me to go out to lunch with her on Sunday (as I seldom eat out these days) so we found a restaurant that would serve me a safe salad with lemon on the side for dressing.

So as I was eating and exclaiming to my daughter how nice it was for the restaurant to accommodate my weird diet restrictions and how we could do this again when I spotted a lady bug crawling throughout my salad.....eek! At first I couldn't believe what I was seeing. We were both grossed out and couldn't eat anything more after that.

Of course, the restaurant was very apologetic and re-imbursed my meal but it put a damper on my eating out experience to say the least! Now seriously, it seems that this could have only happened to me as I was already paranoid enough about eating in restaurants and we went through a lot to make sure it was a safe salad. It felt like the Universe was playing a joke on me lol!

So a few days later, my daughter texted me to ask if she could take me out to lunch again to another restaurant for Mothers Day if she promised to make sure that there would be no bugs in my food lol! It's a good thing that I can take life lightly and in the end it wasn't such a big deal and I can seriously laugh about it!

Love to all those fighting the fight, but don't forget to smile, breathe deeply and enjoy life between the stings :)
