8:31:06 AM | I am on 7 drops of MMS this week. Got a rash on both my inner legs. Still getting stings and scratch marks on my body. I am also experiencing more leg cramps at night.
I have a question about purging, as I am not sure what this really entails or means. Since this started last year, I have found black specs in my clothing and on my body as well as my apartment, so is this what everyone is describing as purging!
At the very beginning, I was seeing these black specs in my urine but since starting the protocol and MMS that has stopped although I continue see them everywhere else as before.
I am just curious what the purging signs are.
