6/10/2015 11:35:28 AM | Hi Kim! I'm soo sorry to hear of your struggling! I can understand your frustration! It really is a journey to redeeming ones health! There is no quick fix in recovering from Morgellons. I'm sorry you feel discouraged by the amount of time it's taking me to heal :-). When I first started the protocol I was very very sick!! I mean like lesions on the side of my face and neck sick!! I have had a lot of stress including caring for my little one Tyler and keeping him on track with diet and protocol, with very limited finances. It hasn't been an easy road by any means! I have been fortunate sticking with the protocol and having strong will power not to stray from diet, and I've continued to improve!!! I have even put myself through school and I am now working part time out of my home! I couldn't have done this or even dreamed to do this before I started the protocol! I look like a normal person. I have no lesions, my face is clear, and scars are fading to almost none! My son Tyler is doing much better too!! I have definitely had a lot of outside stress factors, and NO support at all from my family!!! In fact, my family was constantly trying to sabotage my efforts in treating my son! I've literally gotten into it with them trying to sneak him cakes and cookies! I'm sure some of these things set me back in healing, but I had no control over them. I wish I could say there was a silver bullet to curing this, I'm sure we all wish that! It's hard to say why some people heal faster than others. There are soo many factors!! I don't feel discouraged by my progress, I'm doing very well in comparison to what I was! I know how expensive treating M can be, it's just not easy or cheap to fight something like this.....for me faith is a huge part of my healing!! I trust that my son and I will get through this. God can make a way when you can't see how!!! Like I said, I was able to maintain full time doing hands on work at school for over a year. I'm now licensed in my field and trying to find part time work in my profession. Although working from home right now has it's freedoms, I would like more consistent work. I can do all of this because I take a great protocol that assists my body in detox, I eat really good, sleep good.. Sum of all parts...I put a lot of work into my healing! I feel bad that others are discouraged by the amount of time it's taking me to heal, I can only do my best and I think I'm doing pretty good!! Everyone's healing journey is personal to them. The amount of time it takes me may not be the same amount of time it takes you. Everybody's body is different. It's about feeling better slowly, being able to manage yourself and your symptoms, getting emotions under control, and hopefully being able to restore your health. So much of the work in self treating falls on us, I know!! I empathize with your situation! Keep in faith, and trust God will see you through!!! I swear things will come together. You couldn't have imagined it without just a little faith!! I know I've made it this far with God and my community and the sanity I find here! This is the best place for someone with Morgellons to be in my opinion! Be encouraged, I know it's not easy I swear I know, but you found a good place to help see you through!!! My love and heartfelt blessings!! Nicole and Tyler ;-)~ |
