Hello everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question about water. I have read that water in plastic bottles is bad. My husband installed a water filter to remove Chlorine and fine particulates. What does everyone else drink. I am always so thirsty......thanks and love to all. Lisa

Hello Folks

I just wanted to remind you that Fluoride is, in my opinion, the greater concern in our water than are plastic bottles.

As for plastic bottles, I would not recommend re-filling the plastic water bottles you buy. Drink the water and toss them in your recycle.

Some water filters do not remove Fluoride. Make sure that if you are using a filter that it does remove Fluoride. Fluoride is poison!

I drink purified or distilled water. A gallon a day!

Always,
Peter

Lisa, I was just thinking today that I am so thirsty all the time too. I have heard and read that the plastics from the water bottles leach into our bodies and using plastic is not good, like storing food, etc.
To have the water filter installed is going to help a ton! I use a Britta Pitcher with a water filter. It is good to see you coming along. I think you were like me for a while and having a set back and very hard time. I am doing a little better now. I will probably make a post on my thread about my progress soon. Nancy
