Thank you once again for your suggestions. I will certainly get the products you mentioned. This weight loss for me is "almost" as concerning as the Mogellons.

Hi Deb,

You are wise to cut out sweets and limit dairy. However, lowering your overall fungal load and the corresponding exposure to mycotoxins can sometimes have a stimulatory affect on the thyroid. Fungal mycotoxins are xenoestrogens; estrogens have a suppressive effect on the thyroid. Your weight loss may have compounded the stimulatory affect because less fat equals less estrogens.

You might consider starting with some L-glutamine and then moving up to Whey Protein Isolate to help you build muscle mass, increase energy levels and support immunity.
