Hi Shawn I'd like to welcome you to the forum.
You will find a tremendous amount of love and support as well as a a mountain of helpful information.
For anyone else from the UK who is browsing the forum please use this thread and introduce yourself, hopefuly we can build a community in the UK so we can provide support and advice fir each other on this journey, this disease is frightening enough without having to feel the lonliness and isolation it brings. I just want to let you know there is hope I started the protocol almost 8 months ago a frightened sick mess I have come on leaps and bounds since then I am so much better and getting stronger still. I would like to say a huge thank you to Mel Peter Monique The He Cures All Foundation and everyone who has helped me through my journey by contributing to this forum and this wonderful website.

Hi to everyone,

My name is Shawn and live in the United Kingdom, i have this awful disease that i noticed this August, doctors no help whatsoever and think i am mad !!!

I have searched the w.w.w. to do my own research, this site and thanks to Mel is an inspiration.

I have just started the protocol on December 1st, it would be great for guidance from everyone because it is a very lonely place, i am strict with my diet but have lost nearly 15kg, i am 6ft 2" now at 74kg, i work outside as a landscaper , i would truly appreciate any assistance in my fight, in the meantime i wish all of you a very happy christmas and a healthy 2014!!!
