MEL 6/10/2015 9:41:20 AM | Good morning everyone and welcome as always. First, I take my hat off to MR C, for I truly understand all the challenges he endured before retiring. Second, let me remind you all that when I went through my healing process there was no one to talk with! So with that being said, this is my definition of a true warrior: One who faces adversity with faith, determination, persistence, and a positive attitude! Overcoming challenges is what life is all about, and each victory teaches us more about ourselves and the faithfulness of the One who made us. As you all know, Morgellons is a tall mountain to climb, but with God's help it can be done. We have our warriors to thank for demonstrating that fact. Warriors don't just fight for themselves, they fight for their family, their friends, their community, those who struggle alongside them and those who come after them. They share their journey in a positive light in order to bring HOPE to others, seeing the glass half full, braving out the tough times without complaining too much! And finally, they know that the lessons they have learned are not only for their benefit, but for the good of all who have ears to hear. In our case, that means they come back to the forum once in a while to encourage others, as a way of PAYING IT FORWARD!!! Once again, I thank God for our warriors. May each of you be blessed abundantly, for you are a wonderful blessing to all of us! ALL I HAVE EVER ASKED OF ANY OF YOU IS TO BE BRAVE, CONSISTENT, DILIGENT, AND BE COMMITTED TO THE RESTORATION OF YOUR OWN HEALTH. Even though co-infections sometimes may take longer after Morgellons is gone, having one's life back is the first and most important priority! For then you can begin to shift some of your energy to helping others. True warriors never gave up HOPE! That's why they are WARRIORS! (to be most certain), but ultimately, we wouldn't have this cure without you nor this healing place to support, educate and cheer each other on. Thanks for fighting for us. You lead the way and modeled for us how a true warrior gives the glory to God (as men are nothing, literally, without our Heavenly Father) and fights for others in their community, present and future.
