Hello Joan,
Welcome.
Hopefully by now you have read the welcome letter on the Forum Page. You will notice in that letter we point out that people suffer for lack of knowledge.
Therefore, we ask that you to read as much of the website as you can. You will find that you are not alone, and that many of your questions have already been answered by myself and/or others.
We have endeavored to make it easier for newcomers by making links to the most critical information.
As you will soon see, a recurring theme of our website is 'First Do No Harm'.
My first suggestion is that you find a compassionate doctor who can help guide you through your journey to regaining your health. Print and share the information you find here with her or him.
