I live in Northern California. It is alarming to note that the feeling tone here on this issue is luke warm at best!! People are not anywhere near informed or knowledgable as to the health impact this legislation can have on them and their families!!
I have facilitated a voter registration campaign with my seniors here at work solely to persuade them to vote on this proposition. IT IS VITAL that anyone else in California be proactive towards getting people informed on this issue and motivated to vote in favor of food lableing. PEOPLE ARE JUST NOT AWARE!!
An article provided by John indicates that a mere 5% drop in food sales in Europe caused food producers to STOP USING GMO INGREDIENTS!!! That is very attainable and 'think of the benfits to us that suffer with M' towards affording the groceries that provide a more natural and sustainable diet.
