ld 12/8/2009 7:36:58 PM | Hi everyone! My local paper came out with an article about a local man whose 30 yr old son was into being healthy, body building and vitamins. He died from mixing and using too many vitamins so the father is going to write a book about it. Even though I did not know the fellow, I did personally know of a lady who also was into using vitamin supplements and she admitted that she went to far and regretted it for she became very sick from taking the wrong ones or combinations. Anyway, just wanted to pass this along for those adding extra's to the protocol. Be very selective and consult with Dr. Robin shared with me a zinc oxide impregnated tape that helpps the wounds heal faster and not form hard scabs. I had the deep crevice lesions and it worked great on them but not on the old lesions. Info on the tape @www.hytape.com and best price is at www.qualitymedicalsupplies.com I order the air purfier from Vermont Country store but when it came I found out that it is an izone purfier and releases ozone, so I returned it after checking with consumers report. One other bite of information for those using the menthol crystals to diffuse your car. Only use an electrical diffuser (gasoline and fire are dangerous combination.!!!) Get a mug warmer and put them in the mug, or use a small plate warmer and get a small ceramic bowl. Another thing that can be used is the smallest slow cooker which has a ceramic liner, put the setting on warm. Those are perferred but you can use a small rice cooker but you will have to put the crystals in a mug and set it in the alumium pan and set to warm. (had trouble finding the mug warmers lately but right now you can get the slow cooker and rice cooker for under $10.00. Just thougt I would pass this few things on. ld |
