Morgellons - Mel has always said "toxic diseases Does not like the colder weather!"
Mel has always said "toxic diseases Does not like the colder weather!"

Dear all,

Hot weather can be particularly exhausting for people living with Morgellons and Lyme disease . Heat makes the body work harder to regulate its temperature, while sweating and dehydration can contribute to headaches, dizziness, weakness, increased tiredness and that horrible feeling of having absolutely no energy left. Not to mention for people suffering the biting symptoms of Morgellons heat does not help at all. Kleen green spray then is absolutely your best friend but it can still be very difficult particularly for Morgellons sufferers when it is very hot.

If someone is already dealing with inflammation, aching muscles or joints, fatigue, poor sleep or brain fog, the extra strain of being too hot can make those symptoms feel much more uncomfortable!

The good news is that as the seasons change and temperatures begin to fall, people who struggle in hot weather may find that their bodies have a little less work to do to keep cool. Cooler, more comfortable temperatures can mean less sweating, less biting sensations, less risk of dehydration and less heat-related exhaustion, which may make existing symptoms easier to manage for some.

After months of feeling completely wrung out by the heat, a bit of cooler air can feel like your body has finally found the off switch for its internal sauna:-). So, this post is especially for people who live in warmer climates and are desperate for a little light relief! It will come soon my friends.

Take care,
Chrissie
