Morgellons - A BIG NO NO
A BIG NO NO

Hi Chrissie & Leslie

I made a big Boo Boo!!! So sorry but appreciate Chrissie & Leslie catching this in my post about So Delicious Dairy Free Butter Pecan Coconut Milk!!

Wishful thinking, I should have known too good to be true because it was so good. They put the bad ingredients in such small print you need a magnifying glass to read, which I will start doing.

Thank you Chrissie for the research, you are unbelievable how you stay on top of this with all you are going through, you are a God sent. You are in my prayers & miss you on our calls.

Hoping for all of us to beat this terrible thing soon!

God Bless,
Katharine

Morgellons - NO NO NO
NO NO NO

Hi Katherine,

This is totally a NO NO! It have the same ingredient in it as the Truvia I was using.

I know we get a sweet tooth every now and again but I would like to advise going to our thread in the search engine “delicious recipes” where safe sweet tooth dishes are approved!

Leslie

Morgellons - THIS IS A NO NO
THIS IS A NO NO

Dear katharine,

It's good you found something delicious to eat and kind you are sharing it with us.

I don't want to be a party pooper but I just wanted to mention that this desert has Erythritol in it which is produced by fermenting cornstarch and yeast, which may affect some people with candida overgrowth.

One cup of this ice cream has 36g carbs, only 2g of sugar from the monk fruit but 6g of sugar alcohols from the Erythritol.

You know the marketing when they say products have, ' no added sugar,' so often there are little hidden things that may or may not agree with us.

Boo hoo!!!.... I know, right :-(.

Best wishes,
Chrissie
