A Powerful Food Tip

Hi Folks

I want to share a powerful food strategy with you today. It involves apple pectin, a soluble fiber found in granny green apples, which has properties that bind to toxins, heavy metals, and radioactive particles like cesium-137, (radiation) and safely remove them from the body through passing stool.

If you incorporate apple pectin into your daily routine, (by boiling dow granny green apples,) you will provide special support to your digestive system, help detoxify your body, and quicken the restoration of your bioterrain.

This begs the question, "is there linkage between apple pectin and immune support?" Does it help protect the body from heavy metals and EMF exposure from our electronic devices?" I think so. Here is why....

Drawing from past research (resulting from the Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear disasters) apple pectin was used to detoxify children and adults exposed to radiation. I have seen these studies. They present that this particular soluable fiber increases the production of an enzyme called "intestinal alkaline phosphitase," which reduces the levels of cesium-137(the source of the radiation) and thus help prevent subsequent thyroid cancer. I posted about the power of apple pectin in supporting gut health, regulating cholesterol, and improving cardiovascular health. It will also help manage blood sugar.

In summary, I have been cooking down granny green apples with cinnamon for several years. For me, this practice certainly does improve my gut microbiome. It does this by increasing the afore mentioned "intestinal alkaline phosphitase," which builds up the mucosal lining in my gut. Hope you give this a try.

Strength and love,
Peter

Hi Denise

Sorry for slow response. So to answer your question, it is best to cut the apples into spoon size pieces before boiling them down. Then you can store them in the fridge and eat them throughout the week. It only takes two or three spoonfuls to do the job. But feel free to eat as much as you like. I hope this helps.

Blessings,
Peter
