Weird things are happening to my body. As of a couple days, I no longer have itchy spots, but I woke up to tiny spots smaller than pimples over my body. The morgies are being bombarded by a series of unfortunate elements for them, so maybe this is a sign that they are starting to loosen hold on my body.

Now that I'm taking all parts of the protocol, I'm telling myself that any changes are good changes even if they look bad. I figure, I've been suffering long enough. Instead of expecting results, I should go into this committed to doing it for an extended period of time, no matter what results I do or don't see. Progress will just be my bonus.

Here are the things I'm doing to make myself heal:
1. Upon rising I take my teaspoon silver
2. 30 to 40 minutes later I drink 2 teaspoons msm, 15 shakes turmeric, and 8 shakes black pepper.
3. I drink this brew while taking half my supplements. (I only eat twice a day so I take my supplements during breakfast and dinner.)
4. I usually eat oatmeal cooked in coconut milk.
5. I don't enjoy greens, but I do enjoy making my smoothies in my vitamix. I follow up my breakfast with a green smoothie that has coconut milk, almond butter, spinach, other greens, sea salt, stevia, and two raw eggs. (I'm also trying to bulk up so this smoothie kills two birds with one stone.)
6. Two hours after, sometimes only one, I take my WPS. I'm at two drops here.
7. While making dinner, I drink 2 teaspoons msm, 15 shakes turmeric, and 8 shakes pepper. I drink it while swallowing my supplements.
8. I then prepare a meal that usually includes filling things like avocados, ezekiel low glycemic bread, brown rice pasta, and/or organic red lentil pasta. It never gets boring because I'm always spicing it up differently.
9. I then make another green smoothie similar to the one above.
10. Before bed I take my teaspoon silver and my WPS. I'm at 3 drops now.

Things I'm NOT doing well just yet.
1. I've decided to cut green apples from my diet for awhile. I was using them in my smoothies. But I think I want to hold off on sugars.
2. I haven't had any symptoms using aged (more than a year) European cheeses. I don't use much of it, but have been contemplating giving it up completely since it goes against the protocol. Maybe others can weigh in on this?
3. I haven't been sleeping properly. I should be going to bed earlier. Going to work on doing that.
4. I've got a bad habit of playing the field and dating too much, and I think this is probably not best for my recovery. I'd say way too much energy is expended on this even if it's fun energy. ;P Plus, I think one of the reasons why I'm dating so much is I don't like myself, so I'm also working on that.

Other things I've been doing that help me.
1. I infrared sauna every day. 45 minutes to an hour. 125 degrees. My roommate does this, too. If you're itchy this helps with it tremendously.
2. I take baths at the end of my day. They either consist of vinegar, salt, or WPS. I make sure to switch it up so WPS is never back to back.
3. I've just added cold-pressed neem oil to my bath yesterday. I smelled like an onion afterward, but it for sure had a positive effect. I think I'll rotate this with the WPS and see what happens.
4. I shampoo with Soapberry Dog shampoo. John actually recommended in one of the forum posts I read from a long time ago. I LOVE it. So does my roommate. My roommate had itchy spots on his hands so I massaged it in for him, and it gave him instant relief.
5. After I shower or bathe, I always moisturize with coconut oil with a little bit of clove oil.
6. Lifting! I LOVE THE GYM!

Hug,
