I hope you are coping OK without your father.
I hope you are looking after yourself and still staying on track.
Don't let those pimples get the better of you!!! ... I know what you mean they seem to be taking up permanent residence..me too!!!
I think it's just our weakened immunity.
Tea tree baths I find are good.
And have you tried cold sore cream put some of that on them?
And another thing to take is monolaurin.
I started on that recently. It
helps the Epstein Barr virus sores I have, but also cuts down the crawly itch from those pimples.
I think they are probably lyme /Co infection /candida related. They have fibres come out them also.
Oh it takes time, one day at a time!
But, I'm glad you are getting better and keeping going in the fight.
