How did you decide on the yogurt /milk ratio? I eat soya yogurt with no sugar as Try to avoid lactose with the milk yogurt. Is dairy yogurt OK for us? That's great the protocol helping. Have you tried monolaurin and MSm they really fight things together. I do think candida is involved but I also think biofilm is involved too. As both lyme and candida have biofilm issues. Oh black sheep I know how you feel re the itch and the pimples. I have them on my back places I can't reach. I rub my back against inanimate objects like an animal with fleas, no joke!! Also new pimples have appeared on my face especially my forehead. So my face is very very itchy just now and it's worse when it's visible like that. Have you tried cold sore cream yet like zovirex? I also think epstein Barr virus and herpes complex virus is involved.. It feels like I have cold sores all over my face. Im putting cold sore cream on them. Is the monolaurin bringing them out?? In order to fight it? It's upsetting, it's annoying but Rome was not built in a day my friend. We soldier on, fight on and keep going.. I think you need to move out... Is that possible? Being told you cannot sit in the living room until the doctor says you are OK is truly awful, witch hunt is right. They are ignorant to what you are suffering, we have all experienced this ignorance and prejudice.. Divorce yourself from it, it's their stuff not yours. Protect yourself, you know you are on the right track. Dont talk to them about it anymore, they will never understand. Also, if another flatmate has it and isn't working towards healing himself, it's bad for you. It's not a positive environment for you, I'm sorry. I hope you can leave.
