SYMPTOMS:dry skin patches that look like dying ringworm... (the fungus inside me is dying I think)...

*I try to add fermented food in all my meals... apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, or yogurt.
*I stopped wps temporarily, but am back on 3/3
*I'm soaking every day in anti-fungals

Man, I promised myself that I'd be honest in my posts. It's made me want to avoid posting this week, because I know I have to admit that I didn't keep my word to myself. I also don't like people seeing me as a screw-up.

I ended up doing the ivermectin and all my skin problems went away. I feel bad that I did it, but at the same time, it's been almost a year and a half of itchy pimples and I'd be lying if I didn't say it felt good not to have them anymore. The relief was short-lived. Yes, my skin is still good. But because I did things the wrong way, I went into a depression. I was sure the results would only be temporary. It feels like being in a horror movie, except instead of Chuckie, it's the itchy spots... and I think to myself, any day now I'm going to experience the sequel. I feel as though because I cheated, I deserve to have them back. But that's a really warped way to think. No one deserves this. I didn't know it until a few days ago, but I think I'm thinking this way because I have a little post-traumatic stress disorder. Anytime I feel an itch, I automatically search myself for a new pimple. If I'm honest with myself, I never thought I'd be clear of this again, even if it's for a few days and now here I am.

I ended up throwing the rest of the Ivermectin away. I can beat myself up about this, or keep moving forward. Now I'm working even harder to kill this candida fungus inside of me. Ivermectin is like a pause button. If I want to end this once and for all, I really have to work on killing the disease.

Chris has been doing better after taking Permethrin. He had his second dose a few days ago. He's convinced we had/have scabies, but I still think it's a fungus issue, and so I have been treating myself, accordingly. I didn't stop with Mel's protocol, but I did temporarily stop MMS because citric acid reacts poorly with ivermectin. That's why I'm still on the same MMS doses this week.

I've been doing the lemon elixer and have experienced a herx reaction. It's a beautiful fatigue. I'm tired and feel like I have a fever. However, and this is hard to explain it also feels good.

I've also been soaking in anti-fungal things. I think this, all my probiotics, and lemon has made black specks come out of my skin. I'm pretty sure that whatever these fungal seeds are, they are also the thing that makes my skin break out into itchy spots.

Chrissie, I'd love to get your contact information down the road. But right now I think it's best that I just post on Mel's site. I've reached out to some awesome people in the past, but I stopped coming here. I also started cheating myself on the protocol. And though these awesome friends of mine were super supportive, it was not productive to me getting well. I am stubborn sometimes and get into thinking that I know best, and then I don't heal. I think my Ivermectin experience proves it.

I'll keep everyone updated.
