And in your post you have actually identified three very powerful ones. Then, your post further supports the notion that combining anti inflammatory foods together brings a higher value to there individual properties, I also respect the integrity of the presenter in the video you have added. The video adds to the relevance of your post, as it applies towards the covid environment we are all walking through, thus making it even more significant. And your post ends with offering sincere encouragement based on your own personal experience. This really helps the newly stricken here. Please keep bringing truth! Warmest regards, Peter
Teddy 8/19/2024 10:28:42 AM | Hello all, A friend of mine sent me the link to the video below. I took the time to watch it and found out that consuming cayenne pepper, garlic and ginger root has very positive effects on your heart health. Specifically helping keep blood pressure normal and keeping your arteries clean. I don't take blood pressure medicine, and after watching this, I would prefer not to. My blood pressure has been borderline high in the past. Starting Mel's Protocol did help with this, but I felt that anything I can do to keep blood flow optimum would be worth trying. I checked with Mel to make sure adding the above to my protocol would be okay. He told me that it would be fine, so I started. I have only been using the above for a couple of weeks. I will post an update in the near future. Hopefully the information from the video will be helpful to you as well. To all the newbies, Don't get discouraged. This process takes time and is not easy. If you follow the protocol and stay stick with it, you will get better !!!!!
