I am now on my 5th month and I did have a small
herx last month, I did over dramatize it for
Mel(dont tell Mel;) I am experiencing some itching
on my skin with a pink rash. This just started a
couple of days ago.
My neck has peeled again for the 3rd time.
Sometimes at night my feet will hurt and I was told
to soak them in mms and the pain immediately goes
away. I use alot of kleenex because my nose runs
alot and I get black specks out occasionally. My
months on the protocol seem to go slow, unlike life
it flys so quickly. I dont quite understand that
but, I am always excited when I start a new month
on the protcol. I will be excited when I can say I
have been on the protocol a year!
