Hobbies are a VERY IMPORTANT PART of keeping yourself immersed in something that is healthy and WORTHWHILE! It keeps your mind alert, HAPPY, something you ENJOY, something to FORGET ABOUT ANY ILLNESS YOU MAY HAVE, and SO MUCH MORE!
I cannot stress this enough!
It's called HOPE!
You ARE correct in that HOPE gives us the ability to be POSITIVE! And, HAPPY no matter what!
