Dear friends and fellow warriors,
Just wanted to wish you all a blessed and very merry Christmas, and HEALTHY new year!!
It is hard for me to join on the weekend calls now as I am busy working on weekends often, but I do follow the forum and try to keep abreast of all of you dear people.
Mary, my advice for finding a way to laugh through the hard times is to watch your favorite funny films or TV reruns....Watching all the seasons of "frasier" got me through my very worst times--I would stop thinking about my physical discomfort, and just laugh in spite of myself! It was truly the best medicine, and still is, for me.
It made me feel sane and human again.
A favorite hobby is also wonderfully therapeutic! My daughter is fighting MD, and she makes jewelry to relax. It helps her a lot!
God bless each and every one of you, and Mel--without you, where would we be??
