Dear All,
I know it's not easy dealing with Morgellons at all. But I hope that everyone can do their absolute best to rest and relax as much as they can, during the festive season.
Stay warm and be kind to yourselves. Reassure yourselves, that you have got this if you are following the, 'sum of the parts.' It takes Time and it takes Tons of Patience. It also takes Hope.
Give yourselves some Tender Loving Care, eat healthy, nutritious tasty food, drink lots of water and do things that will bring a smile to your face. Listen to your favorite music, watch your favorite films. Don't focus on what you can't do, focus on what you can!!!
You are not this illness, it's not your fault you got it either. Have compassion for yourself this Christmas and take the very best care that you can of your Good Selves,
