It was very good that you came to the conference call last Saturday and asked questions.
It's so good when new people come on and ask away. It helps them, others on the call and all the others that listen to the recording afterwards. So by asking, you are also helping others in their journey too :-)
Oh yes, we are all about alkalinising the body!! Lemon water really does help, this disease hates it and it tastes delicious too. It is especially nice added to fizzy, cool, mineral water and stevia(pure plant extract stevia with no added sugars like maltodextrin).
Fresh lemon juice produces alkaline byproducts once it has been metabolised. This is why lemon juice is often considered to be alkaline despite the fact that it has an acidic PH before it is digested.
It can also help neutralise the acid in your stomach.
So, when life gives you lemons ... make lemonade:-)
