Hello everyone,

Almost means I have the products then read the ingredients that caused hesitation. Granted I’ve had bad reactions after trying lots of supplements.

Part of it is methylation makes processing folate difficult unless it’s methyl folate. Hyperthyroidism so iodine is something to watch out. Then add to it being sensitive to glutamate makes me very tired and affects sinuses. Honestly I’m sensitive to most things and too much.

Anyone have any of these challenges? If so, how have you handled any of it?

Meanwhile I’m working on diet. Felt so good when doing paleo. Granted I had help. The small changes have had results. Although small brown spots have graduated to being red and itchy. Yay!!

Feels good to know what I’m dealing with today. After years of not knowing and doing things that sounded promising. And lots of travel to meet so many “specialists”. Yeah that helped to know my body because I don’t fit in any box.

Cheers to good travels. God bless!

Dear Jen,

It's not easy when your system is so so sensitive. I think many people with toxic disease are hyper sensitive and have many allergies and sensitivities.
I also think many of us have methylation pathway problems.

It makes it difficult being so sensitive, but not impossible. Knowledge is power and I'm really glad that you have a lot of knowledge about the issues that you face. And it's great that John B from Logos wrote to you here about it as well. He is an absolute powerhouse of knowledge regards the protocol and health in general. He and Mel will guide you every step of the way in your healing journey.

Mel says, 'slow and steady wins the race,' and every body has different needs and challenges. You can work with your body slowly and surely to get results.

And in time you can research the website and listen to conference calls and get all the info you need to have a great diet.

Rome wasn't built in a day, it took us all a good while to get sick. It then takes a good while to get well again!!

But you can and you will get there,

Best wishes
Chrissie

Hello John,

Thank you for responding to my questions. I'm not taking methyfolate. Maybe I should? It's something I noticed in one of the supplements.

And hyperthyroid may have turned hypo. I've been taking Herb pharm herbs and it's been a huge help. Noticed I am much cooler these days and less affected by humidity. TSH is unremarkable so still hesitant on iodine.

Thank you so much! God bless!
