Hi All, Just a quick update on my healing process. I feel like I'm not too far off.... I don't know when I will be 100%, but hoping by the end of the year I will be well. I've been on the protocol now for 16 months. I do have crawling at times and bites here and there, but I'm so much better than I was in the beginning. I've been following the diet faithfully, haven't cheated even once! For the newbies: Don't give up hope and keep fighting/following the Sum of the Parts. It's not easy at first, but after a while it will become a second nature to you. There have been many who have gotten well on this protocol. Brian | ||||||

Well it's just tremendous to hear of many people who have almost reached the finish line !!:-). Dodie and Kipp you both look great in your costumes as does Karen :-). It's tremendous all three of you are doing so brilliantly in your healing . The same can be said of many others like Micky and Brian :-). It is tremendous and I'm very happy for each and every one of you . "Keep on keeping on," (as the Mel man says ) all of you and everyone else who is doing so well and well done!! Your tenacity ,endurance ,strength and willpower absolutely has paid off in leaps and in bounds!!! It's so so helpful for others who are at different stages in their healing journeys to read about you all ,as you are all a great inspiration for others to stay the course:-). So .....we have seen Dodie and Kipp and Karen dressed up now . What next ? Will Brian be Superman and Micky come as Super Mouse ? Oh please ....pretty please :-). Love Chrissie | ||||||
